Colorado and the Rockies reveal a concentrated, high-value destination shaped by lifestyle priorities, significant wealth and spectacular vistas. Survey respondents report that 25% of the homes they create here are valued over $20M—a higher percentage than any other region. An additional 31% of residences fall between $11-20M. Even at conservative assumptions, the data confirms that Colorado and the Rockies operate at a remarkably elevated level, rivaling coastal luxury markets while offering a distinctly experience-driven value proposition rooted in nature, privacy and scale. Notably, 85% of luxury designers working in the area report that more than half of their clients own more than one home.

See how this modern mountain home by WRJ Design demonstrates the region’s desire for nature-forward luxury spaces.
